These artists came into the music scene and made us fall in love with their unique type of songs but are yet to get the kind of fame they deserve.
Buju
Daniel Benson also known as Buju is an Afro-Fusion Singer and Songwriter. The name ‘Buju‘ is a coined acronym that stands for ‘Beauty Underneath Just Understood’. He is the young artist who burst onto the scene in 2019 after his request for Zlatan to feature on his song, ‘Spiritual’ went viral. Buju recently got signed to Burna Boy‘s record label, Spaceship Records. He also released the remix of his song “L’enu” featuring his new boss, Burna Boy.
Recall that, Mp3bullet.ng reported that Buju got into trouble for insulting an upcoming artiste after the artiste begged him to feature on his song.
Ceeza Milli
Ceeza Milli came to the limelight after featuring in Wizkid‘s 2018 banger, “Soco” and since then gone on to produce songs like “Nawa”, “Kofindential”, “Stranger”. He is signed to the Aristokrat record label. Mp3bullet.ng once reported how Ceeza Milli found himself in trouble after Burna Boy had threatened him for claiming he wrote Burna Boy 2018 “On The Low” song.

Ckay
Ckay is an artist signed to Chocolate City Music label, his 2018 song, “Container” introduced him to music lovers but it was his Love Nwantiti remix featuring Joeboy and Kuami Eugene that gave him the recognition he needed. Recall, Mp3bullet.ng reported that International model, Winnie Harlow played his song, Love Nwantiti during P. Diddy‘s dance-a-thon Instagram live session.
Dotman
Olatunji Oladotun Alade popularly known as Dotman came into the music scene in 2015 and has dished out songs like “Awe’, “Yes Melo”, “Akube”, and he recently released “Enugbe” which is currently rocking the airwaves.
Mr 2kay
Abinye David Jumbo better known as Mr 2Kay is a singer who was formerly signed to Grafton Entertainment but left the label in 2018 to float his own imprint Better Life Entertainment. He broke into the music scene with his 2014 smash hit song, “Bad Girl” featuring Patoranking.
King Perryy
King Perryy is a recording and performing artiste signed to Timaya’s DM Records. He came to the limelight with his 2019 song “Murder” featuring Teni. Blaqbonez
Emeka Akumefule, known professionally as Blaqbonez, is a Nigerian rapper signed to 100 Crowns, an imprint of Chocolate City. Blaqbonez started exploring his rap skills from a tender age and has won several rap competitions and has released 8 EPs and a mixtape.He is widely known for his controversial self-proclaimed status as the “Best Rapper In Africa” (abbreviated as “BRIA”), which became the most talked about topic in the Nigerian hip hop space between July and September 2019
Terri
Terri who is signed to Wizkid’s Starboy Label was discovered after he performed a cover to ‘Oshey’ by DJ Jimmy Jatt featuring Wizkid on Instagram in January 2018 after which he got a message from and had a meeting with Mut4y – one-half of Legendury Beatz and Head of Music at Starboyleading to him getting signed in February of the same year.
He became popular after getting featured in Wizkid’s 2018 banger, “Soco”. he recently released his first major project, Afroseries, a seven tracklist EP with Ojoro as its lead single.

Ladipo Eso popularly known as Ladipoe or Poe is a Nigerian musician and rapper signed to Mavin Record label. He came into the limelight after featuring in “Feel Alright” by SDC “Show Dem Camp” and Falz‘s debut single, “Marry Me”. His recent song “Know You” featuring Simi is currently topping music charts.
Brymo
Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ also known as Brymo is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and author. He was formerly signed to Chocolate city where he was featured in Ice Prince’s 2011 “Oleku”. His 2012 hit song, “Ara” made him more popular. He recently released his seventh studio album, “Yellow”.
