Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed the female artists he hopes to collaborate with next, naming global and local stars he believes would create “dope music” alongside him.

The award-winning singer, whose real name is David Adedeji Adeleke, made the revelation during a livestream with popular Nigerian content creator Carter Efe.
Speaking about potential collaborations, Davido expressed strong interest in working with international stars Rihanna and Kehlani while also highlighting several Nigerian female artists he admires.
“I would definitely love to do a song with Rihanna, Kehlani as well. I think me and Rihanna would make some dope music. And also my colleagues — Tems, Ayra, and Morravey as well,” he said.

Davido’s appearance turned the stream into a major cultural moment, highlighting the growing intersection of African music, comedy, and global streaming platforms. The achievement also reportedly made Carter Efe the first African streamer to reach such a high subscriber count on Twitch, further cementing his status as a rising digital force.
