Mp3bullet.ng did a report on how the Fuji artiste was compred with the leader of the Marlian Movement, Naira Marley on twitter. Some twitter users saying that comparing the both of them was disrespectful as  Naira marley was still learning from Obesere.

Some of his hit songs include Gogo night, ‘Omorapala Overthrow,’ ‘Asakasa,’ ‘Okokoriko,’ ‘American Faaji,’ ‘Oodua,’ ‘Efissy,’ ‘Obadan,’ and ‘Mr. Teacher’.

Obesere explained that Egungun is the Yoruba name for a Masquerade and that the phrase “Egungun be careful” is a slang used by a Masquerade’s handler who usually directs its direction but if it refuses to heed its handler’s directives, it would be in danger.
