There is a common misconception that a producer’s place is behind a large desktop computer or keyboard in a studio somewhere (waiting for artistes before he can express himself), one which I intend to dispel. Producers are artists as well and should be given a chance to express themselves and be heard just as easily as any rapper/singer.This EP is a compilation of my projects that I feel pass across a congruent message and show diversity at the same time. As you listen to this compilation, try and insert yourself into my mind and follow my thought process. Please refer to the tracks without vocals on this compilation as songs and not just beats and I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I’ve enjoyed making them.
To a perfectionist like myself, nothing is ever finished and that’s why High Volume has been in the works for over 18 Months. I think it’s finally time to let these tracks go and move on to bigger projects.
