US Rapper of Nigerian Descent, Wale has expressed his thoughts on how unimpressed Nigerian parents are with their children’s achievements.
Wale in a tweet claimed that Nigerian parents are the toughest in the world because they are unimpressed by their children’s successes.
He explained how he had signed with Interscope and a week later his mother asked him to obtain a job, and he became what he is now partly due to his parents’ attitude.

In a recent tweet on his official Twitter feed, he expressed his displeasure. He wrote;
“Nigerian Parents…The Toughest.
Remembering when I signed with Interscope and a week later, they asked me to get a job. They never impressed and that maybe why I’m like this”
