Davido Accounts For His Orphanage Donations Of 250 Million Naira

Davido gives update on N250m donation, says it’s been disbursed to 292 orphanages.
On his social media platform, singer Davido shared the full list of orphanage homes to which he donated his 250 million Naira.
David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has revealed a list of all the orphanages that received his 250 million naira donation.
In a press release statement posted on his social media platform in 2021, the singer stated that he had received a total of 200 million naira donations for his birthday from friends and well-wishers and pledged to add the sum of 50 million Naira to it before distributing it to orphanage homes.
Davido had also established a five-person committee to oversee the distribution of the 250 million naira donation in a smooth and equitable manner.
He then took to Twitter on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, to provide a detailed breakdown of how the donations were distributed across Nigeria.

In a statement he signed and released on Tuesday, the “Champion Sound” crooner listed the 292 beneficiaries selected from all states across Nigeria.
Davido has given a total of 250 million Naira to orphanage homes in 28 states across the country. His supporters praised him for his generosity, describing him as a man of his word.
