The announcement, made on April 14 by CBS and Dick Clark Productions, sees global pop icon Taylor Swift leading the pack with eight nominations—once again proving her dominance on the global stage.

Close behind is a strong group of contenders, including Morgan Wallen, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Dean, and rising act sombr, all of whom earned seven nominations each, setting up a tight race across multiple categories.

Also making waves this year is Teyana Taylor, who continues her strong run with a nomination in the Best Female R&B Artist category, adding to her growing list of career milestones.

Fans won’t have to wait long for the big night. The ceremony is scheduled to air live on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026, from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The show will be broadcast on CBS and streamed via Paramount+, kicking off at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT.

Hosting duties this year will be handled by entertainment icon Queen Latifah, promising a night filled with star power, standout performances, and unforgettable moments.
