Mr Money with the Vibe- Asake
Ahmed Ololade, professionally known as Asake, undoubtedly one of the fastest-rising Afrobeats musicians, released his debut album through Empire Distribution on September 7, 2022.
The 12 songs on the Mr. Money With The Vibe album, which was produced by Magicsticks, include two performances by Burna Boy and Russ.
The YBNL signee’s album has popular songs like “Sungba,” “Joha,” “Organise,” “Peace Be Unto You,” “Terminator,” etc.
Raves and Roses- Rema

On March 25, 2022, Divine Ikubor, better known by his stage as Rema, released his 16-track first album, Rave & Roses.
On his debut album, Rema, who became well-known with the 2019 release of the song “Dumebi,” also featured Chris Brown, Aj Tracey, 6LACK, and Yseult.
Produced by London, Rema holds his own against intricate beats that seem to have been created just for him to show off his vocal prowess in Rave & Roses.

The album includes dancehall, amapiano, real afrobeats, and synthpop. Rema, who is no longer the naive child who wooed us with the gibberish of “Dumebi,” has a lot on his mind, yet he is never quite as assured as when he is bragging about his vice.
Prior to his album, the Mavin signee had two Extended Plays, Bad Commando and Rema EP, both released in 2019.
God’s Timing The Best- Naira Marley
Azeez Fashola, better known by his stage name Naira Marley, released his debut album, God’s Timing The Best, on May 30.
Within 12 hours of its debut, GTTB has climbed to the top of Apple Music’s list of the best Nigerian albums.
The singer’s debut album has 14 tracks and is his first album since the breakthrough success of his 2017 hit “Issa Goal.” Naira Marley has two EPs, Lord of Lamba and Gotta Dance.
Boy Alone- Omah Lay
Omah Lay, the breakthrough star of the pandemic era, releases his debut LP, an excellent collection of sounds that comment heavily on his growing pains as he navigates the celebrity monster and all its consequences.
Lay is not alone, though; producers P.Priime and Niphkeys, as well as Justin Bieber and Tay Iwar, lend their support to the project.
Boy Alone showcases Lay’s beautiful writing, which he uses to convey dark views on loss and loneliness alongside lyrics that are explicitly sexual.
Ika of Africa- Portable
Troublemaker of the Industry, Portable finally released his debut album Ika of Africa, which dropped on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
The viral album has hit tracks like Kosalabaro, Apostle Must To Hear This and Azaman and earned great reviews from fans who were genuinely surprised by Portable’s versatility.
Sad Romance- Ckay
Sad Romance is Nigerian artist CKay’s debut studio album. The album was made available on September 23, 2022, through Warner Music South Africa. Ayra Starr, Davido, Focalistic, Abidoza, Mayra Andrade, and Ronisia all had guest performances on the album, which was executive produced by CKay.
You start to like Ckay’s Sad Romance more and more until you become addicted to it. After breaking out internationally, Ckay felt it is time for the world to hear his whole. Although we’ve been listening to his previous projects, Sad Romance is the perfect album to introduce himself to the world.
Hypertension- Bella Shmurda
Fineboy Bella “tensioned” us twice in his EPs. He wants to push our necks because he is not content with those. That album is called Hypertension.
On October 26, 2022, Bella Shmurda, a master of Afrobeats whose street-pop style has produced numerous hits, released his debut album.
He provides 15 tracks for his “Hypertension” debut album, which tackles a variety of subjects and chronicles his musical evolution and artistic growth. He enlists the assistance of Nigerian and foreign hitmakers to produce an album that he thinks will signal his transition from emerging star to star musician.
