Medikal slams Dammy Krane for trying to release an old collaboration as a diss for Davido
Ghanaian rapper, Medikal has reacted after Dammy Krane announced that he would be dropping a new single featuring him which is aimed at Davido.
Recall that at the beginning of the week, Dammy Krane took to Twitter to drag Afrobeat artist, Davido for failing to pay him royalties on a song.
He complained that Davido had failed to pay him for co-writing the 2017 hit song Pere, which featured American rappers Young Thug and Rae Sremmurd.
Dammy Krane claims that after making attempts to get in touch with DMW Label’s team regarding a split sheet and unpaid invoices but getting no response, he called Davido out on the Bird app.
In retaliation, Davido posted a picture of himself biting a bag of cash with a laughing emoji as the caption.
The singer’s snobbish approach made the former Hypertek Music signee feel disrespected, so he reposted a post from the fan page dammykrane update.
He wondered if Davido makes a living by taking advantage of others and if that is how his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, wants to manage Osun state as governor.
In a recent update, Dammy decided to take things further and take advantage of the issue by dropping a new song.
The forthcoming song which is titled “Pay Me” and features Ghanaian rapper, Medikal seems to be an attempt to diss the DMW record boss over the debt saga.

However, Medikal doesn’t want any part of the beef as he quoted Dammy’s announcement and expressively told the Nigerian singer that he is not in support of their ongoing beef.
He also revealed that the song was recorded years ago.
In his words;
“I’m not in support with your beef or whatsoever you have going on with David, this song was recorded years ago my guy.”
