Nigerian sensational singer and record producer Omah Stanley Didia, better known by his stage name Omah Lay, has hit a new milestone on a global scale with his new album debuting on the Swiss chart.
The buzzing singer has entered the official album chart in Switzerland.
This is not the first time Nigerian acts have appeared on the Swiss chart, with Burna Boy’s ‘African Gaint (2019)’ and ‘Twice as Tall (2020)’ debuting at 64th and 12th place, respectively. Wizkid’s ‘Made in Lagos’ peaked at 73rd on the chart in 2020.

Since its release in mid-July, the Award-winning singer’s debut album, “Boy Alone,” has amassed massive attention and appeared on numerous international charts.
In an update of events, the 14-track project has debuted on Switzerland’s official album chart known as Swiss Hitparade, making its first appearance in the 82nd position, ahead of heavyweights like 50 Cent, Doja Cat, Adele, and others.
