The singer reveals how he was disappointed for not winning any awards.
Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer-songwriter Gregory Bortey Newman, who goes by the stage name King Promise, has spoken about his proudest moment.
The GINGER crooner made this known in a recent interview he had on the popular Ghanaian radio station, Hitz FM.
According to him, the proudest moment in his life came when he released his first studio album. The album was named ‘As Promised’ and was released in July 2019.
In his submission, he said;
“My proudest moment was when my first album dropped.”

Recall, The singer spoke about how he felt after he was able to take home an award at the recently ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
The OH YEAH hitmaker failed to win an award and this comes after he bagged several nominations.
Speaking about this in a recent interview, he stated that he was hoping to go home with some awards, however, that was not fruitful adding that he was disappointed for not winning any awards.
He made this known in a recent interview he had on the popular Ghanaian radio station, Hitz FM with Ghanaian show host, Andy Dosty.
