Davido ft Popcaan- Risky
In 2019, Davido was in his bag, having featured Chris Brown on his hit song, “Blow my Mind”, not too long, he dropped “Risky” featuring Popcaan.
The funny story behind this song is that it was inspired by a hilarious freestyle that Davido had done during an interview which got critics trolling him hard about his inability to freestyle.
However, in usual Davido’s form, he took what was seen as one of his weapons of mockery and refined it into a hit. Popcaan was also a blessing to this song.
Timaya ft Sean Paul- Bum Bum
Timaya released the original version of “Bum Bum” to favourable reviews. He stunned fans when he announced the remix of the song featuring Sean Paul.
The song which was produced by Young D was ranked by Mp3bullet.ng as one of Nigeria’s Biggest Nigerian-International collaborations of all time.
Kranium ft Wizkid, Ty Dolla Sign- Can’t Believe
The something sexy about how Kranium and Wizkid are able to harmonize on this song. Even though Ty Dolla Sign was also featured, Kranium and Wizkid carried the song on their backs.
The rhythm and beat of the song are so catchy it could get any woman whining their waist to it.

StarBoy feat. Wizkid & Chronixx – Jam
In 2019, Wizkid dropped his commercially successful “Soundman Vol 1” EP and ‘Jam” is the song that opens the tracklist. The song is the right choice as Big WIz and Chronixx do produce a vibe and melody that requires one to actually jam to it.
Tiwa Savage feat. Busy Signal – Key To The City
The original song was first featured on Tiwa Savage’s “R.E.D” album but Tiwa Savage spiced it up by dropping a remix featuring Jamaican dancehall reggae act, Busy Signal.
The remix is so good that it has even overshadowed the original and was even a soundtrack for AY Makun’s 2016 “A Trip to Jamaica” movie
Major Lazer feat. Kizz Daniel & Kranium – Loyal
This could be said to be Kizz Daniel’s first International collaboration and also his first collaboration with Kranium and hopefully not their last.
The song was released in 2018
Flavour feat. Beenie Man – Sawa Sawa
Released in 2020, “Sawa Sawa” is one of the many songs off Flavour’s “Flavour of Africa” album. This song borrows heavily from Flavour’s breakout song, “Ashawo“, one can call it a refix of the song but with reggae elements.
Wizkid feat. Damian Marley – Blessed
This list won’t be complete without this 2020 classic. Wizkid dominated 2020 with the release of his “Made In Lagos” album. One of fans’ favourites is ‘Blessed” which features Reggae icon, Damian Marley. Due to the delay of the album, the song took a while to drop.
