It’s not easy to break into the Nigerian music industry, and it’s even more difficult to build a good career and stay in the spotlight over time.

Several artists have succeeded in breaking into the industry but have dropped off by the side of the road; others do not even make it past the first stage, and a few fortunate ones have started with panache and have preserved it to this day.

Here are top Nigerian Male Artists who have been consistently making waves since their debut.

Wizkid hasn’t looked back since, with further big smashes like “Ojuelegba”, “Come Closer“, “Essence” bringing him international acclaim, collaborations, global certifications, international endorsement and a record deal with RCA.
