Nigerian Singer, Buju has promised fans another project and has revealed when he would be dropping it.
Buju has said that he will release a new project this year, but it will not be available until his birthday.
The ‘Outside” crooner announced that his next project, which will be his first of the year, will not be out until May 19th, which is his birthday.
On Wednesday, January 19th, 2022, he posted this to his Twitter account and Instagram stories.
Buju had a great year in 2021, with several successful features to his credit, including his appearances on Ladipoe’s Feeling and Wizkid’s Mood off the Made in Lagos Deluxe album.
The singer recently released a new EP titled Sorry I’m Late, which is still charting on the country’s top charts.
Buju also wrapped off an incredible year with his very first headline event in Lagos, which featured several celebrities including as Wizkid and Burna Boy.
Buju hasn’t said if his next project will be an EP or a full-length album, but we do know that it will be released on his birthday.
Another source of concern for Buju fans will be the fact that the singer will not be releasing any new music till that day.
