May D, a talented Nigerian singer, songwriter, and dancer, has revealed that he was never paid by P-Square for all of the gigs he performed with them.

May D, who had a few successful songs while with P-Square and Jude Okoye, the owner of Square Records, revealed that he was never paid for any of the shows he performed while with the label.

During an interview with rapper Ikechukwu, commonly known as Killz, the musician, who parted ways with Square Records in 2013 and went on to launch his own label named Confam Records, stated that everything was well with him and Square Records until he requested a contract.

He claims that he joined the label without signing any papers and that even after he had hit songs, he was still without a contract since he preferred being an artist.

However, things took a turn for the worst when he became more professional and demanded a contract.

During the interview, the singer discussed his career, the new generation of artists, and other intriguing issues.
