Nigerian Singer, Tiwa Savage hosted a private hearing for her upcoming EP named ‘Water and Garri‘ on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
Tiwa Savage who had previously given an indication that a new project was on the way, published a couple of reviews on her Instagram account, mostly from friends who had been invited to the listening session.
Beat FM personality Osi Suave, former Reekado Banks manager Temi Solomon, comedian Efewarriboy, and a slew of other media figures were in attendance.
Despite the fact that no snippet was provided, the feedback from those who were invited to listen to the ‘Water and Garri‘ EP was positive.
Words like ‘heavenly,’ ‘fire,’ and others filled the room, suggesting that the Listening was well received.

Recall that Veteran American Singer, Pharrell Williams had listened to the EP earlier.
He said her songs have a soul and when she said that she is scared of putting it out because she doesn’t know if people would like it, he told her not to worry.
He described her type of songs as classics and ‘boat’ kind of music and not the usual commercial kind of songs.
