DMW Boss, Davido revealed how he spent his ‘upcoming’ days as an artist with Mohits record.
A Twitter user on the 6th of January, 2021 said that Davido didn’t have a “When I never blow” moment unlike other artists, adding that the singer came into the industry with hits.
“Davido doesn’t have “When I never blow” stage. Came in with a hit.”
The “Fem” singerresponding to him on 7th of January 2021 to make it known that he had once been in the upcoming artiste category at some point in his career while rolling with the Mohits gang. He replied;
“I did o .. we all did … I was in mohits house for a year …”
Mohits Records was formerly owned by Don Jazzy and housed the likes of D’banj, Wande Coal, D’Prince, Dr Sid and Kayswitch. The label was established in 2004 and came to an end in 2012.

In an interview, Davido revealed that it was thanks to Mohits members that he had the courage to pursue music.
According to him, seeing D’banj and Don Jazzy make money from Music was inspiring.
