    Foremost Nigerian female Disk Jockey, DJ Cuppy has taken to her social media page to explain why she joined the black lives matters protest.

    DJ Cuppy who said that she thought of so many reasons why she shouldn’t join the protest further went on to say that she wouldn’t be happy with herself if she didn’t join the protest.

    Further revealing that she joined the protest immediately after her radio show, DJ Cuppy revealed that the protest was to speak against the injustice faced by the black race.

    Taking to her social media page to explain why she joined the protest, DJ Cuppy wrote:

    I honestly thought of so many reasons to NOT protest, but the truth is I wouldn’t be able to LIVE with myself if I didn’t go support! ✊???? Straight after my radio show, I joined my brothers and sisters who are protesting injustice faced by black people globally! #BlackLivesMatter
