Naira Marley songs causing damages to the society.Since we are in the Era of Zanku, we now have different songs from different artistes especially the ones that fall off sense.

Lately, many appear to have fallen in love with the Zanku trend which is very obvious, virtually everyone graduated from Shaku Shaku to Zanku Moves but the question is, “Are those songs worthy of our playlists?”, well we all have choices of what our playlists can look like.

Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has not been helping the situation in the Nigerian Music Industry as he keeps initiating people with the so-called Zanku thing alongside songs with bad lyrics. After his release from the EFCC Custody which eventually gave him unexpected fame, he has been dishing out songs glorifying fraudulent and Immoral acts.

It’s disheartening to see children of nowadays talk about private parts anyhow since that’s the new slangs in most of their songs, couple with some Zlatan Ibile songs.

If you ask some listeners of good music, they will come out in their right senses that songs from Naira Marley are meant to be banned especially the newly released single “Soapy”.

Imagine a small boy reciting the lyrics of one of his single “Opotoyi” lyrics from the beginning to the end. Isn’t that a set back to our economy.

Moreover, some Nigerians are not against his songs, as they keep relating them to those of Cardi B and Lil Wayne, What can be said in the case of such people? Should Nigerian artistes be compared to Foreign artistes when it comes to Lyrics? It’s high time National Broadcasting Commission took actions on his songs.
