    Nollywood actor and Lagos State House Assembly Member representing Surulere L.G.A, Desmond Elliot has come under fire after a video of him calling for regulation of Social Media went viral.

    Earlier in the week, a Twitter Influencer has accused him of supporting the Push for the Anti-Social Media Bill but the actor took to his Instagram page to deny it.

    Today, the 29th of October, the video of him talking about how Social Media is destroying Nigeria surfaced. He blamed Social Influencers and Celebrities for hate speech

    Reacting to this latest revelation, Celebrities took to Twitter to blast the actor.
