Controversial street-pop singer Portable has once again set social media buzzing after openly taking shots at fellow artist Mavo, questioning both his talent and performance abilities.

In a video shared on his Instagram page, Portable did not hold back as he shared his blunt opinion about the young singer’s music.

According to him, Mavo depends heavily on Auto-Tune to sound good, a habit he believes becomes obvious during live performances.

The singer went further to criticise Mavo’s stage delivery, especially his attempt at performing with a live band, which Portable described as disappointing and poorly executed.

“Mavo uses auto-tune. I’ve been seeing some celebrities associating and collaborating with you. You now went to do a live band. Is that how to perform? Even my signees sing better than you. Your live performance is shambolic. That’s not how to use a live band. I blame the superstars who overlook real talents and support overhyped wack artists,” he stated.

Portable also used the moment to call out established stars, accusing them of promoting what he described as hype over genuine talent in the industry.

As of now, Mavo has not reacted publicly to the comments, leaving fans and followers waiting to see if the criticism will spark a response or escalate into another industry clash.
