Nigerian Rapper, Olamide gave a shoutout to celebrities who attended the #EndSars Protests that took place today.
Celebrities like Falz, Runtown, Toke Makinwa, Jamo Pyper, Tiwa Savage, Blaqbonez, and others joined the protests.
Olamide in a tweet wrote;
“Tiwa Run Toke Falz jaywon jamopyper and so many others… I even see my manager. shiii everybody don fall out on d #EndSARS matter. So sad I’m not in NIG atm to show my support but I’m with d people of Nig in spirit. Everyone who’s out there protesting I salute your bravery.”
The protest went peacefully and according to Falz would take place again on Tuesday, 13th of October.
The protest started from Lekki Tollgate all the way to Onikaran Police Command where they met the AGP to state their grievances.
According to Falz, the goal isn’t the reformation of Sars but the complete scrapping of it.
