Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Asake has sent fans into excitement after officially unveiling the dates, venues, and special guest appearances for his highly anticipated 2026 “In God We Trust Tour.”
The global tour comes on the heels of the singer’s latest album, M$ney, released on May 1, 2026, a project that also marks a major career milestone as his first full-length release under his independent imprint, Giran Republic, in partnership with Empire.
According to the announcement, the 13-date run will take Asake across North America and Europe, with performances lined up in some of the world’s biggest arenas and entertainment venues.
The tour is scheduled to kick off on July 4, 2026, with a headline appearance at Afro Nation in Portimão, Portugal, before moving through cities such as Toronto, Brooklyn, Atlanta, Houston, London, and Paris.
South African DJ and performer Uncle Waffles will also join the singer on select North American dates as a special guest, adding more excitement to the already anticipated tour run.
Speaking about the upcoming shows, Asake explained that the performances would reflect the core themes behind M$ney, describing the experience as a celebration of gratitude, growth, and his evolving artistic journey. He also hinted at energetic stage productions inspired by the cultural influences that shaped the album.
The announcement arrives months after the success of his “Lungu Boy World Tour,” which included a sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden in 2024. This time, the singer is set to headline the iconic Barclays Center as part of the new tour schedule.
