    Nigerian rapper and singer, Falz has stated he will not be voting Bola Ahmed Tinubu as his preferred candidate to rule Nigeria in the forthcoming general elections.

    This is in reaction to a video made by the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria, Honourable Femi

    Gbajabiamila, urging the citizens to vote for the candidate of his party.

    According to Falz, he will not vote in the people who have plunged the nation into abject poverty, with unending chaos.

    In his words, “My answer is NO. I will not vote for the same people that have plunged us into this unending chaos.
    The same people that have enabled and even participated in the killing of their own people.
    These same ones that now spat in our faces and said “it’s my turn”. God forbid.”

    In a similar vein, netizens have exchanged their thoughts in his comment section –  while some sarcastically urge him to vote another candidate, others genuinely support his stance.

    While, Saint Obi wrote, “I sincerely think Mr. Femi Gbaja @femigbaja doesn’t rate Nigerians because if after the despicable failures of APC, he still saying this, it shows that APC are after the lives of Nigerians. Dear @femigbaja, you need to retire from politics and focus on other things.

    @tosino007 wrote, “Imagine allowing another 8 years to be ruined by our own government.. don’t forget we are giving consent to be governed…look at the last 8 years are you better off ? Health,Roads,security,clean water and so much more any party that cannot provide those basics must be voted out!!”
