Popular Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has taken to his social media to state that coronavirus is a leveller of status.
Adekunle gold who said this in reaction to the rate at which politicians are turning to local hospitals for healthcare following the global spread of deadly pandemic which had restricted them from travelling revealed that the disease had put both the rich and the poor on the same level.
Adekunle gold who joined forces with his wife Simi to decry the state of medical facilities in the country insinuated that both the rich and poor were stuck in the country when they fall sick as no room for travelling out for medical treatments.
Taking to his twitter page to say that coronavirus is a leveller, Adekule Gold wrote:
Corona virus is a leveler. Rich or not in Nigeria, you fall sick? you are stuck. A very sad reminder of our broken healthcare system.
