Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has signalled that he is willing to bury the hatchet with fellow rapper Blaqbonez, but only if the apology comes directly and sincerely.

In a recent podcast interview with Pulse Nigeria, the “Wotowoto” hitmaker addressed the lingering tension between both artists, revealing that while the disagreement has been personal, he is not shutting the door on reconciliation.
According to him, his Christian upbringing shapes his outlook on forgiveness.
“My rift with Blaqbonez is personal. But I won’t rule out the possibility of reconciliation because there is nothing God can’t forgive. However, you can only forgive a contrite heart.
“You are sending big artists to come and beg me but because you want to maintain a social image, you don’t want to apologise even in private because you feel I would expose you if you do.
“Real men don’t behave like that. I can’t possibly post someone’s apology online. If you can’t humble yourself, you will be stunted,” the rapper remarked.
Odumodublvck, however, made it clear that no personal apology has been made so far. He alleged that instead of approaching him directly, Blaqbonez has relied on respected figures within the music industry to mediate the situation.
The rapper also rejected claims that their fallout was simply lyrical competition. According to him, the disagreement, which began last year, goes beyond diss tracks and hip-hop rivalry. He accused his colleague of attempting to reframe the issue as a rap feud by releasing songs aimed at him.
While fans continue to speculate about whether peace is truly possible, Odumodublvck’s message was clear: reconciliation is not off the table, but humility must come first.
