Tems confirmed for AFROPUNK Brazil 2025 in Salvador, Bahia

Nigerian music sensation Tems is set to grace the stage at AFROPUNK Brazil 2025, marking yet another milestone in her meteoric international rise.
The acclaimed singer-songwriter will perform on November 9 in Salvador, Bahia, at one of the most culturally significant festivals on the global Black arts calendar.
The news was unveiled alongside bold new promo visuals, confirming Tems as a headliner at the two-day event, which runs from November 8–9.
Held in Brazil’s historic Afro-Brazilian heartland, AFROPUNK Brazil has grown into more than just a music festival it is a living, breathing tribute to Black heritage, resistance, and creativity.
This year’s edition promises a blend of ancestral rhythms and futuristic soundscapes, bringing together a dynamic mix of artists from across the diaspora.
Sharing the bill with Tems are British soul powerhouse Jorja Smith and beloved Brazilian icons like Péricles, Liniker, and BaianaSystem. The festival will once again transform Salvador into a vibrant nexus of music, art, identity, and social commentary.
