Talented Nigerian musicians Adekunle Gold and Boyspyce recently displayed empathy and solidarity by paying a visit to their fellow artist, Khaid, who had been admitted to the hospital last month due to internal bleeding.
Despite recent online controversies, notably those involving Samklef and issues concerning his wife, Simi, Adekunle Gold demonstrated his support by visiting Khaid in the hospital on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. The singer was captured in a photograph standing beside Khaid’s bedside, offering words of encouragement during his visit.
Khaid’s hospitalization became widely known after a video circulated online, depicting his struggle on a hospital bed while receiving medical attention. A more recent video shared by Carter Efe shows Khaid using crutches with assistance, indicating signs of improvement in his health.
After being seen as a publicity trick by those who questioned the seriousness of Khaid’s illness, Adekunle Gold’s visit has caused many others to reconsider, confirming the gravity of Khaid’s plight.
