Davido Touches Hearts by Gifting Young Skitmaker N2M for Entertaining Him
Nigerian music sensation and multiple award-winner, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has once again captured the hearts of internet users through his recent heartwarming gesture towards a young skitmaker.
Renowned for his philanthropic endeavors, Davido has once again set a new standard by generously gifting the skitmaker a substantial sum of N2 million for entertaining him with her creative content.
The skitmaker, identified as Okoli Classic, garnered widespread attention on Instagram on August 29, 2023, due to her viral and humorous videos.
In one particular video, she humorously narrated her predicament of being hungry with limited funds. She recounted how, with very little money, she ventured out late at night, intending to indulge in her “claimed” fried rice and chicken, only to end up purchasing garri (a Nigerian food made from cassava), milk, an apple, and pure water to accompany it.
Davido, after watching this entertaining video, reached out to popular blogger Tunde Ednut, expressing his desire to give the young skitmaker N2 million.
“You see why we all love Davido? He has done this many times. After watching, he will laugh and say Tunde, help me give that guy 1 million Naira and then he will say NO ANNOUNCE AM Ooo! But this particular one is N2,000,000 in this era. I had to announce it. Can we have a quick prayer for DAVIDO? He’s rich, yes we know. He didn’t have to do this still, but he did. Many will just laugh and move on, but OBO, no! He will drop something. No matter how short the prayer might be, can you do a quick prayer for DAVIDO?
