Lionel Messi’s PSG return date revealed.
According to reports in his native Argentina, Lionel Messi is scheduled to return to club games with Paris Saint-Germain at the beginning of January.
Since helping Argentina win the World Cup for the first time since 1986, Messi has been enjoying himself in his native country and spending Christmas with his family.
The 35-year-old will, however, reportedly returned to training with his club by no later than January 3 2023, according to the Argentine outlet TyC Sports, as his team strives to win its first Champions League crown and second Ligue 1 championship.
Messi turned back the years as he ran the show for his nation and earned the Golden Ball for his performances in Qatar.
The former Barcelona superstar helped La Albiceleste overcome a shocking loss to Saudi Arabia in their opening encounter to win the entire competition. He scored seven goals himself and assisted three more for his teammates.

The triumph has mainly been seen as the pinnacle of Messi’s remarkable career, firmly establishing his position as a legend of the game and possibly the finest athlete to ever compete in it.
Fans in Argentina now regard Messi as a national treasure on par with the legendary Diego Maradona, who had previously been more popular in his native country due to his enthusiasm and success with the national team.
Argentinians had previously seen Messi as being too emotionless and cold, but his fierce and aggressive performances in Qatar disproved such notions.
After a tense encounter between the two countries, the forward even squared off against Dutch forward Wout Weghorst in the post-match interview, demonstrating his dedication to the cause and unwavering resolve to guide his country to victory.
