Tems reveals her mother was the actress in an old Royco Ad
Nigerian singer and star girl, Tems adds another positive development to the litany of ones we have been hearing about her, and this time it involves her mother’s appearance in a well-known TV commercial.
Tems has made an intriguing disclosure about her mother, informing Nigerians that the singer’s mother has also been in the spotlight by appearing in a renowned TV commercial from a long time ago.
This revelation was made on Twitter when a user posted a clip of the well-known Royco commercial.
In her response to the video, Tems revealed that the woman in the advertisement was in fact her mother.
“Lmao!! My Mum!!,” she wrote in the comment section.

Tems‘ Mum was much younger then. The singer looks so much like her mother, the video shows it the more.
Prior to this, Tems’ mom had already wormed her way into the heart of her fans with a voiceover of her stating that she know Tems was going to be a special baby girl on the Temilade Interlude of her debut EP, For Broken Ears.
In the track, her mother explained what she passed through before the singer was named “Temilade“.
The mother said that normally the tradition is that the father will give the baby the second name, while the grandfather will give the baby the first name. But the mother said that her baby will be called “Temilade” and the baby was a girl.
The family asked her how she got to conclude that the baby will be a female? She said it was revealed to her by God, both the gender and the baby’s name.
