Nigerian Award-winning record producer and Mavin Boss, Michael Collins Ajereh, known professionally as Don Jazzy, shared his thoughts on the latest sensation, Asake, on his Apple Music show with DJ Big N, and it’s clear the star is a general favourite.
On his Apple Music show, Don Baba J Radio with DJ Big N, Mavin’s boss discussed the fast-rising YBNL signee, Asake, and said that the singer is a brilliant artist.

DJ Big N had asked the music boss about any experience that had blown his mind over the last week and his response had been ‘Ololade Mi Asake’ to which DJ Big N had agreed.
Speaking further, the music executive said; “I feel like Ololade Asake is such a brilliant artiste, he’s an all-rounder, he’s one of the artistes you don’t get all the time but when they come, you just know that a star has been born.”
Don Jazzy also shared his impressions of the YBNL star performing “Omo Ope” on Glitch Africa’s live sessions, comparing him to Lil Wayne.
