Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, better known as Ayra Starr, has responded to critics who have questioned her vocal abilities.
In response to reports that she is unable to sing, Ayra Starr took to Twitter on Tuesday to explain why her voice has been strained.
The Mavin act wrote;
“My loves, I’ve been performing almost every day since October. Of course, my voice is strained,” she tweeted.
The Bloody Samaritan singer however maintained that despite the strain, she is still very much talented.

She continued, “I be human being , so please dead that ‘Ayra Starr cannot sing bs’, dead it fast fast. It’s all talent and grace here baby
Ayra caught the attention of the Nigerian audience with the release of her debut hit, Away, early this year.
In August, the 19-year-old star released her debut album, 19 and Dangerous, which earned her the number 2 spot on Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart in the same month.
The Celestial Being, as she likes to call herself, has since then become one of the most sought-after upcoming artists in Nigeria, and Africa at large.
