Multiple Grammy award-winning singer, Ed Sheeran has revealed to Nigerian music star, Yemi Alade in confidence that he prefers Ghanaian Jollof.
Yemi Alade shared some images of herself with Ed Sheeran and others at the London 2021 Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony, and their chat led to a debate about the singer’s choice between Ghanaian and Nigerian Jollof.
The British Singer revealed he prefers Ghanaian Jollof ahead of Nigerian Jollof.
Yemi Alade was disappointed by Sheeran’s choice but was comforted when the British singer revealed that he hasn’t tasted Nigerian Jollof which is a major factor in his choice.

The Jollof issue has been a major unending feud between Ghana and Nigeria, with both countries arguing that theirs is better.
Celebrities from both countries and outside the continent have been dragged into the never-ending Jollof feud and Ed Sheeran scored Ghana another win with his choice.
However as Yemi said in her post, the battle hasn’t been won.
