Yung6ix went down memory lane of how he almost lost his freedom and got arrested because of Racism.
Recall that in 2019, Yung6ix was arrested in The US after a Jeweller accused him of theft.
Though he got out fine, the Singer said he was going to sue because he was racially profiled by the Jeweller and the US Police.
Recently the death of a Minnesota Balck American man, George Floyd in the hands of a Police Officer caused Social media buzzing, and Yung6ix wonders what if the same thing had happened to him.
The rapper got into a clash with some fans who accused him of only speaking on George Floyd’s death but not on Tina, the Nigerian girl who was recently shot by a Nigerian Police officer.
The Rapper said that he resides in Californa and therefore doesn’t always keep us with news from Nigeria.
He also said that just because Nigerians living in Nigeria don’t experience racism doesn’t mean others who stay abroad don’t.
Just because your or region won’t let you experience racism doesn’t mean what you go through is worst than it, there’s no death more important than other, it is not a competition. Stop imposing your reality on others.

Nigerians come to my page and tweets to say, you saying justice for George and Nigerians are dying everyday. Well it wasn’t a Nigerian police man that locked me up because of my skin color ? Was it ? It wasn’t a Nigerian police that almost took 2-4 years of my freedom. Was it ?

Before you tweet anything at me, remember I could have lost my life because of my skin color last year just like George. All of you would have posted “he was the greatest Nigerian Rapper ever” then next weekend is back to quilox. Everyone moves on. #facts

Thank u for bringing this up, because it seems like some people are just buying data which is true. Let’s all educate ourselves before coming on twitter to tweet bs at people feeling the real pain of what happened George Floyd went through. https://t.co/Q9Ue6DE1zv
