Fast-rising Nigerian artiste, Buju has come under fire after he allegedly shaded Rema in one of his Tweets.
The issue started when Buju had released a snippet of one his latest single, “Company” and the video had only gotten 500 retweets on Twitter a few hours after he released it.
A fan of Buju asked why the video only had 500 retweets and Buju had replied that it was because he didn’t say “achukwuleke”.
Apparently the word happens to be from one of Rema’s songs, “Lady” and fans of Rema saw it as a shade at the Mavin’s singer.
Recollect that Mp3bullet.ng had reported that Buju was scolded by Twitter users after an upcoming artist had released screenshots of a message between him and Buju where Buju called the upcoming artist’s music trash jsu because the guy had asked Buju for a feature.
Now his recent ‘shade’ at Rema has found in hot soup as Twitter users dragged him on Twitter, some even saying that Rema’s debut single, Dumebi is bigger that Buju’s whole music career.
