Yemi Alade also known as Mama Africa shaded the Nigerian Government over corruption in Nigeria.
The ‘Shekere’ singer went on her twitter page to rant about the financial state of Nigeria. She said that Nigeria is blessed yet poor at the same time.
In one of her tweets, she wrote,
Empty Treasurys, a nation always borrowing but yet so wealthy. Empty vessels making the loudest noise. All the government officials super billionaires but our people are suffering, our people are dying. Which way.
This tweet is coming weeks after the senate approved Government borrowing $22.7 billion.
