Raising and praising fellow artists is a commendable act. Nonetheless, we don’t think raising an artist over the others is.
However, the popular rapper and singer; “Ycee” thinks otherwise.

The singer caused a frenzy on twitter just yesterday when he put out a tweet many people consider “Outrageous”.
In his tweet, he declared the very popular “Soapy” singer; Naira Marley the biggest artist in Nigeria
His own words;
“Hope say una know say Naira Marley na the biggest Naija artiste … but based on “industry” una go wan denY”
Perhaps, he just wanted to praise and appreciate Marley’s artistic skills or simply make a joke. If this is a joke, unfortunately, it’s not a very funny one.
A good number of top Nigerian artists were up on their game this year, thus we cannot compare, or declare anyone the best or biggest.
Many Twitter users reacted to this tweet, some agreeing with him, some just being sarcastic, and some totally disagreeing.
However, the “Dakun” singer realized the aggravation he caused and put out a tweet apologizing and rephrasing his words to “Hottest” instead of “biggest”.
Despite that, lots of people still had lots to say.
