Wizkid Receives Plaque For Selling Out Madison Square
Nigerians now have more reasons to be proud of Wizkid as he was awarded a plaque for selling out Madison Square Garden six weeks after making the announcement of the performance.
Remember that Wizkid and his team are in New York for his gig, and as usual, the internet has been buzzing with clips from the sold-out show.
The owner of MSG presented Big Wiz with a plaque for filling the 20,000-person venue less than six weeks after the performance.
The manager was shown in the video congratulating the starboy on his new record and giving him a certificate and a personalised watch.

In other news, Wizkid got fans gushing after he gave a shoutout to Davido at his recent Madison Square Garden.
Recall that Wizkid sold out the 20k capacity MSG venue in New York City on Wednesday, November 16.
The event which was packed with excited fans saw the singer perform various of his hits songs to the delight of the audience.
One of the talking points of the event was when Wizkid gave a shoutout to his colleague, Davido.
The singer’s official disc jockey, DJ Tunez played two of Davido’s songs, “Dami Duro” and “If“.
It was well received by the crowd who went wild when the song was playing from the speakers.
