Lojay and English Football Star Lingard, rock to Lojay’s smash song “Monalisa”
Nigerian singer and songwriter Lekan Osifeso Jr., popularly known as Lojay, and English football star Jesse Lingard may be an ideal duo due to a video of them dancing to the Afrobeats mega song ‘Monalisa.”
The English football star and the Nigerian singer-songwriter demonstrated chemistry while grooving to “Monalisa.”
One of the Afro-fusion songs by an African act that gained international acclaim is “Monalisa,” from Lojay’s collaborative album with legendary producer Sarz called “LV N ATTN.” The 26-year-old singer worked with American superstar Chris Brown on the song’s remix in 2022.
Lojay and Lingard can be seen dancing along to the song while the singer-songwriter performs in Bali, Indonesia, in a video that has gone viral online.

International football stars have previously expressed a preference for Afrobeats. Many athletes, including Paul Pogba, Declan Rice, Jules Kounde, and a host of others, have been seen dancing to afrobeats music in public.
