UCL: Xavi warns Barcelona players ahead of Inter Milan clash

• UCL: Xavi issues a warning to Barcelona’s players ahead of their match against Inter Milan.

• The Former Barca player made this known during his press conference 

Barcelona manager, Xavi Hernandez, has warned his players that they cannot fail on Tuesday when they play Inter Milan in the Champions League at the San Siro.

Barcelona are in excellent form, sitting top of La Liga and going undefeated at home, while Inter Milan are having trouble, currently ninth in Serie A with four losses in eight games.

Both teams come into the match with three points after their opening two games but lost to the group’s top team, Bayern Munich.

Last season, Barca was eliminated from the group stage and dropped down into the Europa League.

Xavi told a press conference on Monday:

“The game is vital tomorrow, not definitive, but very important if we are to get through to the next round. We both lost to Bayern so tomorrow’s game is huge. We will see what Bayern do tomorrow too, but we cannot fail. That’s in our heads, we cannot fail.”
