Tyla Unveils Official Tracklist For Highly Anticipated Sophomore Album A*POP
South African music sensation Tyla has officially revealed the tracklist for her eagerly awaited second studio album, A*POP, giving fans their first complete look at the project ahead of its release.
The Grammy-winning singer announced the 14-track lineup through a creative visual campaign, further building anticipation for the album, which is scheduled to arrive on July 24.
A*POP follows Tyla’s breakthrough self-titled debut album, which introduced her to a global audience and produced the chart-topping hit “Water.” Since then, the singer has continued to establish herself as one of Africa’s fastest-rising international stars.
The forthcoming project features a blend of previously released songs and fresh material. Already familiar tracks such as “Chanel,” “She Did It Again” featuring Zara Larsson, and “Is It Love” appear alongside new records including “Fairytales,” “That Girl,” “Mr Nonchalant,” “Kiss,” “Hot Tubs,” and “Crazy Of Me.”
Speaking previously about the project, Tyla described A*POP as the beginning of a new era in her career, explaining that the album reflects both her artistic and personal growth.
The body of work is expected to showcase her signature fusion of amapiano, Afropop, R&B, and contemporary pop influences while expanding her sound in new directions.
The announcement comes after months of teasing the project and follows another successful chapter in Tyla’s career, with the 24-year-old continuing to strengthen her reputation as one of Africa’s leading global music exports.
