Afrobeats queen Tiwa Savage has finally addressed the long-standing claims that she doesn’t collaborate with other female artists and she did it with undeniable receipts.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Tiwa took to her Instagram Story to shut down what she described as “false narratives,” sharing a collage that proudly displayed her many collaborations with women across Africa’s music scene.

The post, boldly titled “TIWA SAVAGE AND THE QUEENS SHE’S COLLABORATED WITH,” featured cover art from twelve different projects, each showcasing a partnership with another female musician.

Alongside the visuals, Tiwa Savage delivered a pointed message to critics, writing:

“Tomorrow they will say I don’t like other females or I don’t work with other females. Please, where are those people that set ring light to spread false narratives? And how many of these beautiful records have they helped us to promote?”

Her post highlighted a stunning list of collaborations — from Ayra Starr on Stamina and Gara, to Waje on Onye and All Day, Simi on Men Are Crazy, Asa on Emotions, Efya on The One, and Amaarae on Tales by Moonlight. The collage also included her work with Becca, Wavy The Creator, MzVee, and Di’Ja, among others.

The move was widely praised by fans and fellow artists, many applauding Tiwa for confronting the “women don’t support women” narrative that has long haunted the industry.

By showcasing her collaborative record so boldly, Tiwa Savage didn’t just defend herself she reminded everyone why she remains the Queen of Afrobeats and a true champion for unity and sisterhood among women in African music.
