Nigerian Soulful singer, Timi Dakolo believes that easing the lockdown is not a good idea and not beneficial to Nigeria.
President Buhari in an address he made to the nation on Sunday extended the lockdown by one week in Lagos, Ogun, and FCT states. He said from May 4th, businesses that are categorized as essential services are allowed to remain open both only for a short period of time daily.
The President also said that a curfew will be in place, meaning from 8 pm no one is allowed to be on the streets.
Timi Dakolo has joined the number of people kicking against the idea of easing the lockdown, according to him, the number of confirmed coronavirus cases isn’t encouraging at all. Adding that Nigerians don’t understand the concept of Social Distancing.
