Internationally acclaimed singer, Temilade Openiyi, better known as Tems, rejects a $1 present from a fan during a live concert.
Tems was surprised by a gesture from a fan while playing at one of her gigs during the Christmas season.
A video serving rounds online have captured the moment the singer returned a $1 bill given to her by a fan during a recent performance.
The singer was seen performing on stage and in the process a fan gave her a dollar bill which she accepted at first.
It was when she looked at the money she realized it was a dollar bill and she returned it to the fan.
The artist can be seen exclaiming ‘$1’ a few times after accepting the gift in a video circulating on social media.
Tems tossed back the $1 cash to the fan as she continued on with the show, much to the delight of the audience.
