    Following her huge achievements with BET Nominations, Tems is ready to shake things up for real, and she makes no apologies for the consequences.

    The singer, who received three nominations for BET 2022, rushed to Twitter to celebrate her latest accomplishment.

    According to the full list released by the organisers, the “Try Me” hitmaker was nominated in the ‘Best New Artist,’ “Best International Act,” and “Best Collaboration” categories.

    Speaking about the feat, Tems claimed that she was unaware that she had received these nominations in a timely manner and apologized to her supporters and team members for the delay in her response.

    She then went on to praise herself in her tweet, promising that she had awoken from her slumber and would be shaking things up.

    “Nah F*ck the Hate. F*ck the fakes. I have to apologise to my fans the entire gang, my team. Can’t believe I didn’t see this shot before. I’m the f*ckn prime. It’s over. Lmaoooooooooooooooooo. I’ve been delivered from my slumber. Were switching this sh*t up.”

    In another tweet, the “Crazy tings” crooner wrote;

    “Ok Back to Business. Byeeee”

    The 2022 BET Awards will take place on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at 8 pm and will be hosted by Taraji P. Henson, the Hollywood actress.

    Wizkid and Fireboy were also nominated following closely behind Tems with two nominations each.

    American singer, DAmala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, known professionally as Doja Cat bagged the most nominations with six categories to her credit.
