The rapper has gone on social media to rant about his experience at a fuel station.
Nigerian artist Darlington Okoye, popularly known as Speed Darlington, has lamented paying N1.7m for fuel worth N17,150 at a Total Filling Station in Lagos State’s Ajah district.
On his Instagram page, the music singer described how he went to a filling station to buy N17,150 in fuel when the attendant put in N1.7 million.
Unknown to Speed, he claimed he input the pin code of his automated teller machine card and was charged N1,715,100 instead of N17,150.
Narrating the incident via his Instagram page, he said it was the job of the petrol attendant to ensure the correct figure was entered into the Pos machine, and that he was fortunate that the petrol station was close by.

In his word he said:
“They have given me back N1.2m but on my way to pick back the remaining. But can you believe that I went to buy N17,150 fuel and this guy mistakenly punched in N1.7m and I put in my code without even checking?
“But I don’t blame myself, I am a customer, the customer is always right, it’s his job to get it right. I see mouth talk because it is close to me, it is within walking distance. If this was out of state, what would I have done?”
However, he revealed that N1.2 million had already been returned to him and that he was on his way back to them to collect the remaining funds.
