Simi reacted to a fan’s post using her song to react to President Buhari’s April 27th speech.
President Muhammadu Buhari addressed the nation on April 27th, in his address he said that the lockdown which was supposed to end on that day will be continued for a week.
According to him, the lockdown will end on May 3rd and that as of May 4th, a curfew will be initiated. The curfew is said to be from 8 pm.
The President’s address got a lot of Nigerians talking and Twitter users decided to make a joke out the situation as usual.
A certain used a verse from Simi‘s Duduke to send out his own joke about the issue. He captioned it with, “Corona to Lagosians after Listening to Bubu”
Simi who saw the video laughed about it and told the fan jokingly to leave her song out of it.
