When questioned about the influences shaping his unique sound—a fusion of various musical elements—Seyi Vibez pointed to his reconnection with his African roots as a key inspiration. Growing up, he was heavily influenced by foreign music, but over time, he found inspiration in his cultural heritage.
Seyi emphasized the current global popularity and expansion of Afrobeats, noting that artists are increasingly incorporating the culture of their countries into the genre. This approach aligns with his own musical journey, reflecting a commitment to infusing his sound with the richness of Nigerian culture.
