Nigerian musician, Ruger, took the time to break down the lyrics to his hit song, Bounce, in an interview, showing his fans parts they might have missed.
In a recent chat with Accelerate TV, Ruger discusses the lyrics of his hit song, Bounce, and explains what each line of the song means in plain English.
Bounce was an early standout from Ruger’s debut EP, Pandemic, which was released in the first quarter of 2021.
The single cemented his status as one of the year’s most aggressive breakout performers, and he later collaborated with Midas the Jagaban on a UK remix.

Thanks to the success of the song and, by extension, the entire EP, Ruger was quickly invited to perform on stage at Burna Boy’s concert at the O2 arena in London.
On that day, the singer appeared on stage alongside fellow Nigerian talents Rema and Omah Lay.
